Construction of RottaNova has moved on another phase. The latest site photos show the building is not only growing taller but also taking on its final look.

Construction of RottaNova has moved on another phase. The latest site photos show the building is not only growing taller but also taking on its final look.

Many prefabricated façade elements are already in place, complete with brickwork, window frames and glazing. That makes the building’s architecture clearly visible now. Inside, the outlines of the homes are taking clear shape.

A first impression of living in RottaNova: the show home

The show home is ready and fully finished, including kitchen, bathroom and PVC floor. Step inside and you get a good idea of the layout and feel of the homes.

From the upper floors, it also becomes clear what makes living here special. The Laurenskerk, the Binnenrotte and the Rotterdam skyline are the everyday backdrop.

Work on the façades continues over the coming period. Step by step, RottaNova is turning from a building site into a residential building, and the moment residents move in is getting ever closer.
