RottaNova is gaining more and more character

RottaNova is taking on its recognisable look. The façades, window frames and large windows are clearly visible and show how the tower will become part of Rotterdam’s cityscape.

The façade gains character

The light brickwork is clearly visible in several places. Together with the warm colour of the window frames, the façade is taking on more and more shape and character. The building’s different volumes and set-back sections are also coming through more clearly.

Up close, the architectural details are easy to see. From further away, RottaNova is standing out more and more in the centre of Rotterdam.

With every new floor, not only does the building grow, but the picture of what living here will be like becomes clearer too. The unique location between the Markthal, the Laurenskerk and everything the city centre has to offer underlines RottaNova’s special position in the heart of Rotterdam.

Light, views and outdoor space

What living here will be like is starting to come into view. The large windows will let in plenty of daylight and connect the homes with the city. On the upper floors, the site photos already give a first impression of the view over Rotterdam’s rooftops and skyline.
