Construction of RottaNova has taken another fine, visible step. The first façade elements are now in place. For the first time, the tower is starting to look like its final form.

The outlines come into view

With the second floor slab and its canopy in place, an important base has been laid for the residential floors. After that, the first façade elements went up. A special moment, because it shows for the first time what the building will really look like.

This phase brings the experience of living here a step closer. Even at this height, the view is already impressive, right in the heart of the city.

Construction moves steadily on

Structural work on the homes is now in full swing. Over the coming months, the construction team will work step by step on the floors and façades, while the tower keeps rising.

Below ground, too, the future is in view: work has started on a sustainable heating and cooling system in the area, an important step towards comfortable, future-proof living.

From structure to character
