RottaNova will become an iconic building in an iconic location. The renowned firm, Frits van Dongen Architects, designed the two towers of 67 and 61 meters high. The diverse, distinctive facades give the building a playful allure. Luxury is experienced here through quality – the quality of materials used, as well as the quality of facilities and amenities.

Ordered a package? At the entrance of RottaNova, there will be a facility for courier services, ensuring that your package will be delivered securely even when you're not at home. Additionally, you can use the parcel lockers to send your own packages. Quite convenient!
Rooftop garden
You'll meet your neighbors in the communal rooftop garden between the two towers. In this green oasis, designed to promote urban biodiversity, you can peacefully enjoy the view of the Markthal and the iconic Laurenskerk.
